アマテラスが2021年9月30日（木）公式Twitterアカウントで岡本祐葵・福嶋麻由の卒業を発表した。

卒業理由については「諸事情」と説明しており、卒業後については

  • 岡本祐葵：別ユニット移籍（ユニット未定）
  • 福嶋麻由：所属事務所移行により、Azatoiへ移籍

と別ユニット、別グループへ移籍となる。

これに伴い、2021年10月3日（日）の公演をが現体制最後の活動となる。

天照が2021年7月4日（日）公式Twitterアカウントで新体制でのメンバーを発表。

兎萌あきらに新メンバー4名が加わり、グループは5名体制となった。あわせてグループの表記も『天照』から『アマテラス』に変更となる。

発表されたメンバーは

生意気パープル担当の乱華さら（らんかさら）、

はにかむいえろー担当の岡本祐葵（おかもとゆき）、

いちころぴんく担当の兎萌あきら （ともえあきら）、

おねだりぶるー担当の咲真希依（さくまのえ）、

の5名となる。
