WILL-O’が2021年1月末をもって榎本りょう・佐伯つみき・桐乃みゆ・小森うずらがグループを卒業し、現体制を終了すると2020年10月1日（木）YouTubeで行われた配信で発表した。

配信での発表後、公式Webサイトなどで公式からも改めて現体制終了が発表された。

公式サイトでは

2018年6月10日の活動開始から約2年半が経ち、2020年には2ndシングルのリリースや初の全国ツアー開催などを控える中、個人それぞれとしてはもちろん、グループとしての未来についてメンバーとスタッフは幾度となく話し合いを重ねてまいりました。

そして、「皆さまへの感謝を4人揃ってお伝えできる全国ツアーを経た上で、WILL-O’ 現体制での活動をこの4人で終えたい」という結論に至り、メンバーとスタッフの話し合いの結果、決断させていただきました。

と決断に至った理由を説明をしている。

発表の後、メンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントでWILL-O’からの卒業並びに現体制終了について綴っている。

尚、現在発表されている全国7都市ツアーに加えて、2020年12月から現体制ラストとなるツアーを開催する予定であることも合わせて発表された。詳細はついては改めて発表するとしている。

体調不良で活動を休止していたWILL-O’の佐伯つみきが、2020年9月10日（木）の公式YouTubeチャンネルの配信から復帰すると2020年9月7日（月）公式Twitterで発表された。

2020年9月4日（金）に元気になったと佐伯つみきが自身のTwitterアカウントで投稿しており、その際詳細については別途知らせるとしていた。

また、公式からの発表を受けて佐伯つみきも自身のTwitterアカウントで、2020年9月10日（木）から復帰する旨を投稿している。

WILL-O’ 新曲『I Will Hope』

WILL-O’の新曲『I Will Hope』が、2020年5月31日（日）から各音楽配信プラットフォームで配信を開始した。

『I Will Hope』の配信が行われているのは全37プラットフォーム。iTunes Store、Apple Music、Spotify、LINE MUSIC、Google Play Music、YouTube Music、Amazon Prime music、Amazon music Unlimited、AWA、KKBOX、レコチョク、dヒッツ、OTOTOY等。サブスクリプションでのストリーミング配信の他にもダウンロードでの購入も可能となっており、また一部のプラットフォームではハイレゾ音源も提供されいてる。

新曲『I Will Hope』のリリースと合わせて、『HANABI』のマイナスワン音源を無料で公開された。

「マイナスワン音源」とは楽曲から各楽器のパートを抜いたものとなっており、サイトでは「GUTAR OFF ver.」「GUTAR BACKING OFF ver.」「GITAR LEAD OFF ver.」「BASS OFF ver.」「DRUMS OFF ver.」の5つのバージョンが用意されている。音源フォーマットは全てMP3となっている。

そして、この「マイナスワン音源」はSNSやYouTubeなど動画サイトへ自由に投稿が可能。マイナスされた楽器を演奏してコラボレーションなどを行ったものをインターネット上で公開できる。
