MA7MELが2021年7月1日（木）公式Twitterアカウントで、なの花叶子の活動辞退・グループ卒業を発表した。

公式Twitterアカウントの発表によると今回の判断に至った理由について

持病のメニエール病の症状が進行し、眩暈や頭痛を訴える症状が頻繁にあり
ライブハウスで活動することが困難であること、また身体への負担を考慮し
MA7MELの活動を辞退して休養するという判断に至りました。

と説明。

一方、なの花叶子本人はライブ活動を続けたいという意思もあったが、健康と安全が第一であり、重篤な辞退を懸念しての判断としている。

卒業の日程については、卒業ライブという形を取るのが困難であるため、2021年7月4日（日）に行われる新大久保アースダムのライブをもって卒業となる。

MA7MELがなの花叶子の活動一部制限、幸明日菜の活動の一時休止を公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

具体的には、なの花叶子にいては18:30を目安としてライブ出演のみとし、物販に関しては基本休止となる。一方の幸明日菜は2021年1月17日（日）のライブ出演をもって2021年2月7日（日）を目安に活動を一時休止となる。

また、両名の期間及び状況の目安として「緊急事態宣言発令中期間及び東京都の一日の感染者数が500人を下回るまで」という基準を示している。

発表を受けて、幸明日菜が自身のTwitterアカウントで活動休止を報告する投稿を行っており、「お休み期間は次に繋がるよう自粛しつつ行動していきます！」と綴っている。
