青薔薇花束が2023年1月29日（日）に開催する単独公演をもって愛華・まりあ・みるのグループ卒業を2022年12月4日（日）公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

卒業の経緯について青薔薇花束公式Twitterアカウントの発表では、

本人達と話し合いを重ねた結果、本人達の意思を尊重し、
このような卒業という形を取らせていただくことになりました。

2023年1月29日（日）以降はライブ活動を休止し、新体制の準備期間に入ることも明らかにした。単独公演を詳細については改めてアナウンスされる。

青薔薇花束が2022年8月20日（土）公式Twitterアカウントで新メンバーの加入を発表した。

新たに青薔薇花束への加入が発表されたのは、

黒色担当のガト、

ピンク担当のみる、

の2名。

両名の加入により青薔薇花束は5名体制となり、あわせて新体制のアーティスト写真も発表された。

ガト・みるを加えた新体制のお披露目ライブは2022年8月26日（金）にアメリカ村FAN J twiceで行われる。詳細は下記の通り。
