Jewel☆Mare＆Rougeが2024年3月30日（土）に東京キネマ倶楽部で開催する公演をもって、現体制を終了すると、2024年1月17日（水）発表した。

現体制終了に至った経緯について、Jewel☆Mare＆Rouge公式の発表では

各メンバーの意向を尊重し話し合いを重ねた結果、グループとしての活動を一度締めくくることにいたしました。

あわせて、各メンバーの去就も明らかにした。

  • 星野千那：引き続きArcJewelに在籍
  • 新名音心：引き続きArcJewelに在籍
  • 咲舞のどか：2024年3月30日（土）にグループ卒業、以降は追ってアナウンス
  • 伊芸彩：2024年3月30日（土）にグループ卒業、以降は追ってアナウンス
  • 羽月りこ：2024年3月30日（土）にグループ卒業、以降は追ってアナウンス
  • 中川梨来：2024年3月30日（土）にグループ卒業、2024年4月6日（土）にアイドル卒業ライブを開催予定

2024年3月30日（土）に開催する現体制ラスト公演の詳細については改めてアナウンスするとしている。

2023年5月20日（土）にGOTANDA G7で開催された『AJ週末公演♪ 2部 Jewel☆Mare・Jewel☆Rouge 2マンライブ』において、Jewel☆MareとJewel☆Rougeが合併し『Jewel☆Mare&Rouge（通称：マーレンルージュ』として活動することを発表。

Jewel☆Mare&Rougeのお披露目は2023年6月8日（木）にGOTANDA G7で開催される『Jewel☆Mare定期公演・2部』となる。

Jewel☆Rouge・三戸りりかの今後については、2023年5月24日（水）にGOTANDA G4で開催される『Jewel☆Rouge水曜定期公演！vol.15・2部 現体制ラスト！やり残したこと全部 やっちゃいます公演』で発表するとしている。

公演終了後、両グループのメンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントでグループ合併報告を投稿している。

また、今回の合併に名前が無い三戸りりかも自身のTwitterアカウント、2023年5月24日（水）の定期公演でお知らせをすると投稿している。
