RESELAが2023年8月下旬から新型コロナウイルス後遺症により活動を休止している岩城かこのグループ卒業を2023年10月20日（金）公式Xアカウントで発表した。

卒業に至った経緯についてRESELA公式Xアカウントの発表では

メンバー、スタッフ、そして岩城かこ本人とも話し合いを重ねましたが、体調が万全の状態に回復せず、今後のアイドル活動を継続することは困難であるとの判断に至りました。

と説明をしている。

RESELA公式Xアカウントの発表を受け、岩城かこも自身のXアカウントで卒業を報告。

その中で応援への感謝とともに復帰ができなかったことをお詫びを述べる一方で、『またいつかどこかで元気な姿を見せることができたらと思います。』とも綴っている。
