新グループ『8JEWEL』がメンバー7名を公式Twitterアカウントで発表。2021年8月8日（日）に白金高輪SELENE b2でデビューライブを開催する。

8JEWELのメンバーとして発表されたのは

オレンジ担当の柏木未来、

ピンク担当の月乃由梨香、

白色担当の桃瀬葉月、

ブルー担当の花城ゆうき、

パープル担当の白石ひな、

レッド担当の花咲愛菜、

ライトブルー担当のさえち、

の7名。

柏木未来は8ANGELで、桃瀬葉月はいちごみるく色に染まりたい。等で、白石ひなは☑︎mate.で、花咲愛菜は8FLAGで、さえちは#ワールドカオスで活動を行っていた。

発表を受けて、メンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントで8JEWELへの加入報告や、活動への意気込み等を投稿している。

いちごみるく色に染まりたい。候補生の春日みづきが、2020年6月17日（水）をもって活動辞退すると、2020年6月11日（木）いちごみるく色に染まりたい。の公式Twitterで発表された。

公式Twitterでは活動辞退に理由については「一身上の都合により」とのみ説明されている。

公式Twitterでの活動辞退の発表を受けて、春日みづきも自身のTwitterで活動辞退に関して投稿。

ファンに対しては「応援してくださった方々を裏切ってしまう形になってしまって本当にごめんなさい。」と謝罪の言葉と同時に、「いろんな景色がみれて幸せでした。」と感謝の言葉が綴られている。
