所属事務所を退所し、2023年3月1日（水）からフリーで活動を行うことを発表したJOY VAN CREWの新体制『スパド！（仮）』が、2023年2月28日（火）公式Twitterアカウントで「望月虹杏と一緒に活動をすることは困難」と発表した。

理由について、スパド！（仮）公式Twitterアカウントの発表では

新グループに移行するにあたり再度確認したところ多大な契約違反が判明し、
何度も話し合いを試みましたが、 改善の余地が見られなかった為
本人の親御さんとも話し合った結果
今回このような決断をさせていただきました。

と説明をしている。

尚、既に望月虹杏のTwitterアカウントは削除されおり、過去の投稿を閲覧することは出来なくなっている。

JOY VAN CREWが2023年2月28日（火）をもってメンバー全員の所属事務所とのマネージメント契約終了・事務所退所を公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

公式Twitterアカウントの発表によると

スターベルプロダクション所属 JOY VAN CREW メンバー: 麻倉れいか、紅葉のあ、木葉
みず希、妙亘由衣、木嶋仁美、望月虹杏、藤井夏望、白峯桜ですが、この度、事務所退所の希望申し入れを受けまして、 新たな形・環境で活動していきたいという意向を最大限尊重し、双方合意の上、2023年2月28日をもちましてマネージメント契約を終了し、退所することをご報告させて頂きます。

これに伴い、 JOY VAN CREW公式Twitterアカウント及び公式ファンクラブは2023年2月28日（火）も終了するとしている。

JOY VAN CREW公式Twitterアカウントの発表を受け、JOY VAN CREW公式YouTubeチャンネルで『私たち、退所します。』とメンバーが事務所退所について動画を投稿。

その中で、今回のメンバー全員の所属事務所退所は解散では無く、グループ名を変更しフリーとして引き続き活動を行うことを明らかにした。
