unichanが2023年3月をもってメンバー全員卒業・グループ解散を2023年1月4日（水）公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。2023年3月17日（金）渋谷WOMBで解散ラストライブを開催する。

解散に決意した経緯について、プロデューサーも務めるぽぽたんは公式Twitterアカウントの発表に寄せたコメントの中で

この春に私を含めてメンバー3人が大学を卒業となり、その中には就職を希望するメンバーもいたため、これを機にメンバー全員の将来とunichan のこの先を改めて考えました。
そうすると、 unichan がここまで頑張ってこれたのは今のメンバーだからであって、 2人が抜けてこの先で新メンバーを迎え入れたとしても、この5人ではなくなるのは unichan ではないなと感じてしまい、それならば5人全員一緒に unichan を卒業して終わりたいと思いました。
（中略）
でも今の5人ではなくなることとそれぞれの生き方や将来を考えると、同じ時に全員で卒業してそれぞれが新しい道に進むほうが良いのかなと思うようになり、全員で一緒に卒業、そしてunichanを解散することを決めました。

2023年3月17日（金）に開催する解散ラストライブの詳細については改めてアナウンスされる。
