AGETION!が2023年10月9日（月・祝）夜に開催する単独公演をもって現体制を終了すると、公式Twitterアカウントで2023年8月4日（金）発表した。

現体制終了の理由について、AGETION!公式Twitterアカウントの発表では

兼ねてよりグループ活動を行う中でメンバー各々の方向性や活動意識の相違が浮き彫りとなり、話し合いを重ねて参りました。
その中で、一旦現体制での活動に終止符を打ち、それぞれ新たなスタートに向けて準備を進めていくことがベストな選択であると決断致しました。

2023年10月9日（月・祝）に開催する現体制終了ライブの詳細については改めてアナウンスされる。

AGETION!が2023年3月11日（土）公式Twitterアカウントで新メンバーの加入を発表。2023年3月15日（水）にSHIBUYA WOMBで開催する1stワンマンライブ『AGETION! 1st ONE MAN LIVE 315』でデビューする。

新たにAGETION!への加入が発表されたのは海凪りお（みなぎりお）。

海凪りおの加入により、AGETION!は5名体制となる。

AGETION!公式Twitterアカウントの加入発表を受け、海凪りおも自身のTwitterアカウントで加入を報告。「アイドル活動初めてで分からないことだらけですが、 全力で精一杯頑張ります！」と活動への意気込みを投稿している。
