LogiNeoNが2022年9月4日（日）にShinjuku HEISTで行われた『B.U.Ｄ vol.41 LogiNeoN一周年ライブ』で2022年9月17日（土）に渋谷Milkywayで行われるライブをもってグループ解散を発表した。

あわせて、同日・同会場で新グループ『UNDERBAR』としてデビューすることも発表した。

1周年ライブ後、メンバーの天海ひさか・紅葉るう・も自身のTwitterアカウントでLogiNeoN解散を報告している。
