この度、2月1日に発表した弊社プロデューサーの情報漏洩の件について、朝比奈茉白から今後継続しての活動は厳しいとの訴えがあった為、そーだらいむのメンバーとしての活動を終了することになりました。

これに伴い2022年2月7日（月）をもってグループも一時活動を休止する。

また、メンバーの333・密花については引き続き現事務所に所属をし、活動を継続するとしている。

そーだらいむが2022年2月1日（火）をもって運営体制を変更すると、公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

運営体制の変更の理由について、公式Twitterアカウントの発表では「プロデュース担当の外部への情報漏洩が確認できた為」と説明。これにより現在決定している全イベントの出演をキャンセルの方向で動いているとしている。

公式Twitterアカウントの発表では、どの様な情報が漏洩したかについては言及されていない。

また、

本件を踏まえて、現運営担当はプロデュース担当に対しての信頼関係が破綻してしまった為、本日（編集部注：2022年2月1日）付で運営を辞退することとなりました。
基本的な権利は全てプロデュース担当が保有している為、グループ活動が再開する場合は今までの運営担当からプロデュース担当の管理のもとの活動となります。

新グループ『そーだらいむ』がアーティスト写真を公開。2021年9月27日（月）渋谷DIVEで行われる『SODA FLAVOR』でデビューする。

メンバーは

青色担当の333（ささみ）、

白色担当の密花（ひそか）、

ピンク担当の百瀬るな（ももせるな）、

紫色担当の神代みこ（かみしろみこ）、

黄色担当の朝比奈茉白（あさひなましろ）、

の5名となる。

公式Twitterアカウントからの加入発表を受けて、メンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントで自己紹介や今後の活動についての意気込みなどを投稿している。
