もんしゅしゅが2022年1月15日（土）にAKIBACOLORSで行う定期公演『もんしゅしゅ定期公演 vol.8 「巫女ライブ」』をもって紫乃のん・佐藤汐がグループを卒業すると、2022年1月4日（火）公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

卒業の理由について、公式Twitterアカウントの発表では

活動に対するモチベーションや意識の相違となります。

発表を受けて、紫乃のん・佐藤汐も自身のTwitterアカウントでもんしゅしゅからの卒業を報告。

私はここで止まるのではなくもっと成長して素敵なパフォーマンスでステージに戻ってくることを約束します。みなさんとの再開の日の為に、一所懸命頑張ります。

一方の佐藤汐は、意識の違いについて

実際に『ソロの方が生き生きしている』というお声を頂く機会が増え、自分でも納得できてしまった為ソロ一方で自分らしく頑張ることにしました。
