NEFRALISEは2026年4月10日（金）にViblue EBISUで開催した主催ライブ「NEFRAMODE #6」にて、新曲『Fanfare』（ファンファーレ）を2026年4月24日（金）にリリースすることを発表した。

新メンバー・美月きありが加入し6人体制初となる本作。どんな状況でも前を向いて諦めずに進んでいこうという思いが込められており、背中を押してくれる応援歌となっている。新たな一歩を踏み出すNEFRALISEを表すような楽曲である。

さらに、その新曲『Fanfare』を2026年4月27日（月）にSpotify O-Crestで開催するグループ初となるワンマンライブ『NEFLIVE 〜 A Shining Fanfare 〜』で初披露することも発表された。

2025年8月24日にデビューしてから初となる念願のワンマンライブ、チケット一般販売中だ。

NEFRALISEに新メンバーが加入してから初の曲であり私たち6人で新しいスタートをきる楽曲です。

今までのNEFRALISEにはない系統の曲調で、順風満帆ではない私たちの歩みと歌詞の内容が重なっていて、ネガティブな状況でもポジティブに捉えて前を向けるような歌詞なのでこれから新しい道を進む方々にぜひ聴いてほしいです。

PrincessGarden-姫庭-が2024年10月25日（金）新宿ALTA KeyStudioで開催する『PrincessGarden-姫庭- 再始動5周年ライブ』をもって、全メンバー卒業による現体制終了を発表した。

また、現体制終了公演の詳細については、2024年7月1日（月）22時に発表を予定している。

Qun☆RiniUが2023年1月31日（火）をもって現体制の活動を終了すると、2023年1月17日（火）公式ブログで発表した。

現体制活動終了の理由について、Qun☆RiniU公式ブログでは

大きな理由といたしましてメンバーの活動環境の変化により５人体制での活動が
難しくなってしまったということでございます。
少人数での活動もギリギリまで考え、事務所内でも話し合いをしてまいりましたが
メンバー、運営スタッフの負担も考慮し、まずは現体制を終了し
今後の活動について見直す時間が必要という結論に至りました。

と説明をしている。

また、現代会で決定しているメンバーの今後については

  • 中条花菜：下肢静脈瘤治療のため1月のイベントが終わり次第療養
  • 桜庭めぐ：1/31をもって家庭の事情によりグループを脱退し事務所を退所
  • 誠道心明：1/31をもって拠点を東京に移すためグループ脱退、現在契約中の仕事が終わり次第、事務所を退所

と明らかにした。
