HAPPY少女♪が2022年11月4日（金）にライブプロホールZで行われた『ほぼ毎日ライブ』で松永りお・麦谷ここあ・藤本やよい・孫田ちひろの卒業を発表した。

HAPPY少女♪公式ブログの卒業日程などについては下記の通り。

  • 松永りお：2022年12月27日（火）のライブで卒業、卒業後は兼任しているフルーティー専任
  • 麦谷ここあ：2022年12月25日（日）のライブで卒業
  • 藤本やよい：2023年3月19日（日）のライブで卒業
  • 孫田ちひろ：2022年12月24日（土）に卒業ライブを実施、2022年12月27日（火）までHAPPY少女♪のメンバーとして活動

また、鳴海れいか・新谷亜由美については「心の整理はついていない状況」と現状を説明している。

ライブ終了後、メンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントでHAPPY少女♪からの卒業を報告している。
