ONE BY ONEが、2021年12月31日（金）をもって現体制での活動を終了し、一時活動を休止すると、2021年12月6日（月）公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

公式Twitterアカウントの発表では、現体制終了の理由はや活動休止の具体的な期間などについての言及はされていない。

また、今後の活動については、公式Twitterアカウントや公式Webサイトで随時アナウンスを行うとしている。

また、本稿執筆時点でメンバーのTwitterアカウントで現体制活動終了や一時活動休止についての投稿も行われていない。

新グループONE BY ONEが2021年3月20日（土）公式Twitterアカウントでメンバーとビジュアルを公開し、始動を発表した。

ONE BY ONEは7名体制のグループとなり、メンバーは

水色担当の金丸紗希（かなまるさき）

黄色担当の陽向凜（ひなたりん）

緑色担当のさや久保（さやくぼ）

青色担当の新菜まこ（にいなまこ）

紫色担当の渡辺樹莉（わたなべきり）

ピンク担当の西岡健吾（にしおかけんご）

赤色担当でリーダーの戸田ころね（とだころね）

の7名となっている。ピンク担当の西岡健吾はMAG!C☆PRINCEで、渡辺樹莉はルルネージュで、戸田ころねはBLACKNAZARENEで活動を行っていた。

あわせて、2021年4月3日（土）にveats shibuyaでお披露目ライブを開催することも発表された。お披露目ライブは有料配信も行われる。
