Betyが2023年5月17日（水）までに公式Twitterアカウントで新メンバーを公開。2023年5月26日（金）にP.A.R.M.S秋葉原で開催する『新生Betyお披露目公演〜スタートは突然に〜』で新体制がお披露目される。

新たにBetyへの加入が発表されたのは、

志麻ほの花（しまほのか）、

うり、

花咲心菜（はなさきここな）、

西永彩奈（にしながあやな）、

の4名。新メンバーに百川晴香を加え、新体制として活動を行っていく。

花咲心菜はぶどう党で、西永彩奈はWe-Z-u・Nicediceで活動を行っていた。また、西永彩奈は2023年9月18日（月・祝）までの加入となり、同日に渋谷WWWで卒業公演を開催することも決定している。

Bety公式Twitterアカウントの発表を受け、メンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントで加入を報告。活動への意気込みを投稿している。
