∥ネコプラ∥が2021年9月1日（水）公式Twitterアカウントで新メンバーの加入を発表した。

新たに∥ネコプラ∥への加入が発表されたのは桜井ひかる（さくらいひかる）。

2021年9月12日（日）にZeppTokyoで行われる『Freekieリリイベ&LIVE』で顔見せ、ライブデビュについては現時点では未定。

Leap Plane+｡が、2021年4月29日（木・祝）をもって桜井ひかるのグループ卒業を2021年4月14日（水）公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

公式Twitterアカウントの発表では、「本人の希望により1年の契約満了につき卒業させて頂くことになりました」と説明。具体的な卒業の理由については触れられていない。

発表を受けて、桜井ひかるも自身のTwitterアカウントで投稿を行っており、兼任をしている1Eyelineからも卒業することを報告。

これまでの活動を振り返り「たくさんの方に出会えてこの1年幸せでした。」と感想を綴っている。また、卒業後に関しては「まだ決まっていない」と明かしている。

桜井ひかるが卒業する2021年4月29日（木・祝）は、流咲しおん、竹内花、柚希ゆうかの卒業も既に発表されており、今回の発表によりLeap Plane+｡はメンバー全5名中4名が卒業するという事態となる。

黒は着ない。、1Eyelineの楠まりかが202年5月1日（土）をもってグループを脱退すると2021年4月11日（日）のライブで発表した。

楠まりかも自身のTwitterアカウントで、両グループからの脱退を報告を行うも、「グループを辞めたいという意思は全くありませんでした」と投稿。

投稿されたメッセージでは

グループを辞めた一応意思は全くありませんでした。

突然脱退を告げられたその前日までフライヤー配りもしていました。

約3年間、唯一の初期メンバーとして、また去年からはリーダーとして、学生と
両立しながら精一杯活動していた為、これからと言う時にこのような結果になり
悲しいし悔しいです。

自らの意思での脱退では無いことを説明。

別の投稿では、ファンに対して「必ずまた会えるようにがんばるね」とアイドル活動を継続する意思がある旨も明らかにした。

楠まりかの投稿後、黒は着ない。の公式Twitterアカウントで楠まりかの脱退について投稿が行われ、2021年5月1日（土）に退所を報告する旨を投稿。

その中で

メンバー同士話し合いを重ねた上での結論でしたが、予定にない本人からの発表やツイートがありましたため、今後予定されているライブについては、楠まりかの出演を控えさせて頂きます。

と、楠まりかの発表とは異なり、あくまでも今回の脱退はメンバー同士の話し合いの結果であると説明。一方で、予定に無い発表や投稿を行ったため、以降の楠まりかの出演は控えることもあわせて発表した。

1Eyelineの公式Twitterアカウントにおいても、楠まりかの退所と以降の出演を控える旨の投稿が行われている。

今回の発表に伴う返金対応等については、改めてアナウンスするとしている。
