GANGDEMICが2023年4月16日（日）をもってHarutoのグループ脱退、並びに新メンバーの加入を公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。

Harutoの脱退理由について、公式Twitterアカウントの発表では「諸事情により」と説明をしているが、具体的な理由には言及していない。

HarutoのGANGDEMICでの活動については、2023年4月10日（月）に開催される単独チェキ会、2023年4月16日（日）の夜帯に開催される個別オフ会のみとのこと。

GANGDEMIC公式Twitterアカウントの発表を受け、Harutoも自身のTwitterアカウントで脱退報告を投稿している。

また、新たにGANGDEMICへの加入が発表されたのはIce。担当カラーはオレンジとなる。

2023年4月11日（火）にプレ始動開始、2023年4月27日（木）に正式始動開始となる。

Iceは傾奇隊・雷電から昇格した。

GANGDEMIC公式Twitterアカウントの加入発表を受け、Iceも自身のTwitterアカウントで加入を報告。

傾奇隊が2023年1月15日（日）公式Twitterアカウントで新メンバーの加入を発表、雷電に所属する。

発表された新メンバーは

の4名。

あわせて、水月のあにゃ・うい・かぐら・らーゆ・みりんが異動。これに伴い雷電は10名体制となる。

雷電の新体制は2023年1月17日（火）に池袋SOUND PEACEで行われる『PEACE TUESDAY〜プロデューサーネオンレイン』でお披露目となる。
