DearLinkは2025年7月3日（木）にTwinBox AKIHABARAで開催した主催ライブ『Link to the Story』において、2025年8月16日（土）をもってグループを解散すると発表した。

主催ライブでの発表後DearLink公式Xアカウントでも解散を報告をしているが、具体的な解散理由については言及していない。

メンバーのありるりあ・涼風ゆいりも自身のXアカウントで解散を報告。

また、2025年7月7日（月）をもって卒業が決まっている黒咲ゆいも解散を報告している。

Planet Merryが2023年8月31日（木）新メンバーを公式Xアカウントで公開した。2023年9月30日（土）に下北沢シャングリラで開催する1stワンマンライブ『Planet Merry 1st ONE MAN LIVE Starburst』お披露目される。

新たにPlanet Merryへの加入が発表されたのは、

桃色担当の緋水綾（ひすいりょう）、

赤色担当の黒川のあ（くろかわのあ）、

ミントグリーン担当の桜庭みゆう（さくらばみゆう）、

紫色担当の小日向らら（こひなたらら）、

の4名。

新メンバーの加入により、Planet Merryは6名体制となる。

37.2℃-ナナドニブ-とソラネルカンパニーが、兼任している藤咲優衣の両グループからの脱退、並びに本人の活動停止を2020年11月23日（月・祝）両グループの公式Twitterアカウントで発表した。グループからの脱退は本日（2020年11月23日）付。

両グループからの脱退、並びに本人の活動停止の理由について

当月初旬に重大名規約違反や自覚に欠ける行為が発覚しお客様の前に出れる状態ではなく休演の措置をとっておりました。
ワンマンライブやCDリリースを目前に控えている状況でもあった為、本人、並びに関係者に対し再発防止に向けてお願いと努力を重ねて参りましたが叶わず、不本意ながら現状のままではマネジメント困難と判断し活動停止処分といたしました。

と発表では説明を行っている。具体的な原因等については「本人のプライベートに関わる内容」としており、言及は行われていない。

また、卒業公演などは実施しない予定であることも合わせて発表された。
