Sekaisenが2024年6月30日（日）をもってグループを解散すると、2024年5月9日（木）公式Xアカウントで発表した。

解散の理由についてSekaisen公式Xアカウントの発表では言及していない。

あわせて、2024年6月30日（日）にはラスト公演を開催することも発表。詳細については、改めてアナウンスされる。

Sekaisen公式Xアカウントの解散発表を受け、メンバーも自身のXアカウントでグループの解散を報告するとともに、自身の胸の内などを投稿している。

Sekaisenが2023年3月25日（土）公式Twitterアカウントで新メンバーの加入を発表。2023年4月8日（土）に横浜Bronthで開催される『EIGHTONE Pre. #IOOO ~IDOL is Ours~』ので新体制がプレお披露目される。

新たにSekaisenへの加入が発表されたのは、高瀬麗央苗（たかせ れおな）。

高瀬麗央苗はmaplez、LeirAで活動を行っていた。

Sekaisenは高瀬麗央苗の加入により4名体制となり、あわせて新たなアーティスト写真も公式Twitterアカウントで発表された。

5名体制の新ユニット『LeirA(レイラ)』が2021年5月9日（日）にAKIBAカルチャーズ劇場で行われる@JAM PARTY vol.60のオープニングアクトとして出演、デビューすることが公式Twitterアカウントで発表された。

LeirAは香港の芸能事務所であるスタークリエイティブプロダクションと＠JAMの総合プロデューサーである橋元恵一氏とによるプロジェクト。2021年12月からスタンディングメンバーオーディションを開催した。

LeirAのメンバーとして発表されたのは

瀬川いちか（せがわいちか）

松山綺利（まつやまきり）

川野けい（かわのけい）

成瀬れおな（なるせれおな）

メンバーとして発表された瀬川いちかと成瀬れおなは2021年4月18日（日）Shibuya Milkywayで現体制ラストライブを行ったmaplezのメンバーとして活動を行っていた。

発表を受けて、メンバーも自身のTwitterアカウントでLeirAとして活動を行っていくいくことの報告、自己紹介、活動への意気込みなどを投稿している。
