2022年11月30日に行われる『Nプロ定期公演』の詳細並びに、今後の活動については改めてアナウンスするとしている。

ONE BY ONEが公式Twitterアカウントで陽向凜とのマネージメント契約を途中解約したことを2022年9月14日（水）発表した。

契約の途中解約の理由について、ONE BY ONE公式Twitterアカウントでは

昨日 陽向 凜におきまして、 グループ活動で使用した私服衣装を弊社の許可を得ず独断で販売す
るという、弊社との契約内容に反する事案が発覚致しました。
ONE BY ONE のメンバーとして、 N プロダクション所属アーティストとしての自覚を欠く行為
であったため、
弊社としてマネージメント契約を継続することが困難であることから、 本人と協議の上で今回契
約の途中解約という結論に至りました。

これに伴い、当面の間ONE BY ONEは5名体制で活動を継続することもあわせて発表した。

新グループONE BY ONEが2021年3月20日（土）公式Twitterアカウントでメンバーとビジュアルを公開し、始動を発表した。

ONE BY ONEは7名体制のグループとなり、メンバーは

水色担当の金丸紗希（かなまるさき）

黄色担当の陽向凜（ひなたりん）

緑色担当のさや久保（さやくぼ）

青色担当の新菜まこ（にいなまこ）

紫色担当の渡辺樹莉（わたなべきり）

ピンク担当の西岡健吾（にしおかけんご）

赤色担当でリーダーの戸田ころね（とだころね）

の7名となっている。ピンク担当の西岡健吾はMAG!C☆PRINCEで、渡辺樹莉はルルネージュで、戸田ころねはBLACKNAZARENEで活動を行っていた。

あわせて、2021年4月3日（土）にveats shibuyaでお披露目ライブを開催することも発表された。お披露目ライブは有料配信も行われる。
