創世記少女 -Genesis Girl-が2023年4月29日（土・祝）に名古屋ダイヤモンドホールで開催された『OSU FES』で新メンバーがデビュー、新体制が始動した。

お披露目された新メンバーは、

緑色担当のYu-hi（ゆうひ）、

青色担当のCina（シナ）、

の2名。

Yu-hi・Cinaのデビューに伴い、創世記少女 -Genesis Girl-は5名体制に。あわせて新体制の全体アーティスト写真も公式Twitterアカウントで公開した。

お披露目後、Yu-hi・Cinaも自身のTwitterアカウントで加入を報告。活動への意気込みを投稿している。
